Plywood kitchen units with white shaker doors (different kitchen doors/front drawers available). 1st unit and 2nd units (W40cm) with drawers, 3rd unit with fridge, 4th unit (W60cm) for the sink with doors. (The optional oven also means a bespoke front door option, to be discussed.)
3 top cabinets.
Option of black, white or steel sink.

SHOWER ROOM

Shower room with choice of cassette toilet Thetford C223CS or compost toilet Simploo.

Shower set black, chrome or brushed gold.
Shelf niche for toiletries.
Choice of TAM dour door or homelike door internally covered with transparent Perspex (and an internal white shower curtain).
Roof 12V Light/extractor Swift Air or equivalent.

OTHER

Insulation with PIR board 50mm, 100mm plastic recycled insulation fleece for cavities and expanding foam. Insulation layer covered and sealed with bubble foil as a vapour barrier.
Painted plywood for wall and ceiling (Low VOCs) or HPL laminate.
2 lateral privacy glass windows (one opening, one fixed) equipped with blackout roller blind.
LVT wood effect flooring or vinyl sheet for weight management.
Metal parts of the van that remain visible are covered with lining carpet when panelling is not possible.
Dinette area with 2 seats and storage. Bespoke upholstery cushion-matt x4 with a large choice of colours. Zip on every part for easy wash. Possible child berth (160x60cm).
Bamboo table with removable leg.
Platform bed (135x172cm), with mattress Premium Reflex 40H, 15cm thick. Zip on the side. To extend the length of the bed to 190cm, the optional flair pods are available (new Crafter model not recommended in this case).
2 top cabinets.
Garage with a black rubber floor.
Premium garage with all the technical parts covered with plywood units and easy access to each component.

FAQs

Is the vehicle included in the price?

No, the starting price of £43,590+ VAT covers the conversion only. You’ll need to supply or purchase the vehicle separately.

Can I customise the colour scheme?

Yes. You can tailor almost everything — from cabinet/furniture colours and wall/ceiling panels to handles, taps, shower set, sink, and splashback/worktop. We also match flooring, upholstery/stitching, blinds,, and socket/trim finishes. We’ll guide you with moodboards and samples (RAL/laminate/veneer options).

How long does a conversion take?

Generaly 4 months depending on the spec

What are the electrical capabilities?

Off-grid: Runs all 12 V kit (fridge, fan, lights, pumps, diesel heater) plus small 230 V items (chargers/TV/blender/stick-vac). Avoid high-heat appliances; plan ~1–2 days without driving/solar in mild weather.
On campsite: Full 230 V from hook-up with battery charging; inverter limits don’t apply when plugged in.

Can I live in the van full-time?

Definitely. The Himalayas Layout is ideal for long-term travel and full-time Vanlife.

What if I need more off grid freedom power ?

You can upgrade with our premium or platinium electric pack:

Premium electric pack: ((230 Ah Lithium battery + Victron MultiPlus 12/1200):

Off-grid: More battery + solar = longer stays; comfortably runs all 12 V and low-to-moderate 230 V up to ~1 kW (one thing at a time). Still no kettles/hair dryers/microwaves that draw >1 kW.

Platinum Pack (460 Ah + MultiPlus 12/2000):

Off-grid: Big battery + larger inverter allow short use of higher-draw 230 V (up to ~1.6 kW continuous) like a small microwave or coffee machine—one at a time; heavy loads drain the battery quickly.
